It started with a thesis centered around the idea that the interview hiring procedure is a sales process. There are plenty of automation tools and tools that leverage AI, but we concluded that the industry is lacking a way to combine these instruments with an appropriate amount of human interaction. We saw the opportunity to create fundamental change.
Over the years, the hiring process has become too transactional and inefficient. This leads to numerous issues on both the employer and the job seeker sides. The need for a solution to address both sides is more important now than ever before.
