Founded in 2020
It started with a thesis centered around the idea that the interview hiring procedure is a sales process. There are plenty of automation tools and tools that leverage AI, but we concluded that the industry is lacking a way to combine these instruments with an appropriate amount of human interaction. We saw the opportunity to create fundamental change.
Over the years, the hiring process has become too transactional and inefficient. This leads to numerous issues on both the employer and the job seeker sides. The need for a solution to address both sides is more important now than ever before.
We do this primarily by focusing on three synergistic goals:
1- Leveraging AI to create a consistent hiring process
2- Creating a solution for both employers and job seekers
3- Providing an agnostic interview format

Josh’s passion has centered around creating more efficient hiring ecosystems that benefit both employers and job seekers. He leverages his knowledge and skills in strategic planning, enterprise sales, consumer behavior, project management, P&L management, and capital raising to build high-performing teams and brands.

Ken Green
Partner
Ken Green is a global executive leader with 25+ years of experience in multiple industries, ranging from startups to Fortune 100 companies. With a deep understanding of information technology and business, Ken has led large organizations of several hundred people and more than half a billion dollars in capital and operating budgets, including more than 8 years as a C-suite executive in a $5B Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary. In the last three years, Ken has transitioned to a career as an entrepreneur, with an interest or direct management in 5 new companies.

Corey Woods

Corey Woods recently retired as Managing Director of Human Resources with Citigroup. A licensed labor and employment attorney in Ohio, Corey’s 28-year career includes global executive leadership roles in Healthcare, Technology, Insurance, Government, and Financial Services at organizations such as Citigroup, Nationwide, e-Bank, and the Federal Government. He holds a BA in Organizational Communication from Cedarville University, an MA in Business Communications from Baylor University, and a Juris Doctorate from Capital University Law School. Currently, he continues to work part-time as a coach and consultant to various legal, industry, labor, and business partnership efforts.

Troy Gibson

Troy Gibson is a transformative thought leader offering 20+ years of experience, which includes a position as a C-Suite executive at a $5B Berkshire Hathaway subsidiary. He has expertise in innovating and reengineering technology and business environments, developing and launching product and service offerings, establishing best practices-based processes and systems, and pursuing and closing multimillion-dollar key accounts. He is passionate about creating new opportunities with products and services as well as leveraging technology to enhance business processes. Troy is also an accomplished speaker that has been asked to engage at events such as Dreamforce, Ohio CIO Executive Summit, Executive CIO Roundtable, and Think Mobile.

Stephen S. Francis, Esq. (‘Steve’) is a public and private-sector lawyer and diversity professional with over 35 years of experience. Steve’s legal background is in government, banking, manufacturing, commercial litigation, contracts, labor and employment, discrimination defense, HIPPA and employee benefits, and small and minority business lending and bonding law.
Steve’s diversity professional experience is in the areas of workforce diversity, supplier diversity, diverse communications, and diverse community outreach and engagement strategy development. Steve has served as a diversity leader and chief diversity officer for both corporations and governmental entities and is currently President of Franchise D&I Solutions, LLC, a full-service diversity and inclusion strategy consulting firm.
