Once you submit your interview details, a confirmation page will display a link to our calendars. You can also access our mock interview calendars here.

What is your refund policy?We do not offer refunds. All sales are final. If for some reason you did not receive your service from one of our career coaches, please email support@hirerq.com.

What is the timeline if I purchase a Resume Writing package?For resumes plans- After you fill out the information in the post purchase email, you will need to schedule your consultation Here (https://calendly.com/hirerq/resume-writing-consultation). You will receive a draft within two business days of the phone consultation and an edit within 2 business days of you providing feedback on the draft.

What is the timeline if I purchase an Interview Readiness package?For interview readiness plans- After you fill out the information in the post purchase email, you will need to schedule your coaching session Here (https://calendly.com/hirerq/30min) and your mock interview session Here (https://calendly.com/hirerq/mock-interview). How much advance notice is required?- For the basic interview plans, we require 24 hours’ notice. - For coaching sessions and resume consultations, we require 2 days’ notice. - For mock interviews, we require 3 days’ notice. If you have tried to schedule within the advance notice period and are unable to find a time that works, please email training@HireRQ.com, and we will accommodate you.

Is your payment portal secure?Yes, we utilize Stripe to process payments. Stripe is the gold standard of payment processors.

How long does it take to hear back after I make a purchase?For all packages, you will receive an email immediately after your purchase that you will need to fill out.

What are your operating hours?We are in the office Monday-Friday from 8:00 am-11:00 pm EST. We also offer limited hours on Sunday from 7:00 am- 3:00 pm EST.
