  • I purchased a package that includes a mock interview. How do I schedule it?
    After purchasing one of our packages, you will be directed to fill out an interview detail form so we can create your plan. Once you submit your interview details, a confirmation page will display a link to our calendars. You can also access our mock interview calendars here.
  • I purchased a coaching session. How do I schedule it?
    After purchasing one of our packages, you will be directed to fill out an interview detail form so we can create your plan. Once you submit your interview details, a confirmation page will display a link to our calendars. You can also access our coaching calendars here.
  • What is your refund policy?
    We do not offer refunds. All sales are final. If for some reason you did not receive your service from one of our career coaches, please email support@hirerq.com.
  • What is the timeline if I purchase a Resume Writing package?
    For resumes plans- After you fill out the information in the post purchase email, you will need to schedule your consultation Here (https://calendly.com/hirerq/resume-writing-consultation). You will receive a draft within two business days of the phone consultation and an edit within 2 business days of you providing feedback on the draft.
  • What is the timeline if I purchase an Interview Readiness package?
    For interview readiness plans- After you fill out the information in the post purchase email, you will need to schedule your coaching session Here (https://calendly.com/hirerq/30min) and your mock interview session Here (https://calendly.com/hirerq/mock-interview). We require 2 days notice for coaching sessions and 3 days for mock interviews. If you need a faster turnaround, please email training@HireRQ.com for availability and quote prior to purchasing.
  • Do you help jobseekers in all industries?
    Yes, we help job seekers in all industries. Our interactions are dynamic and therefore are industry agnostic.
  • How much advance notice is required?
    - For the basic interview plans, we require 24 hours’ notice. - For coaching sessions and resume consultations, we require 2 days’ notice. - For mock interviews, we require 3 days’ notice. If you have tried to schedule within the advance notice period and are unable to find a time that works, please email training@HireRQ.com, and we will accommodate you.
  • Do you help job seekers regardless of experience?
    Yes, we leverage different coaches to help job seekers with no experience up to C-Suite executives.
  • Is your payment portal secure?
    Yes, we utilize Stripe to process payments. Stripe is the gold standard of payment processors.
  • How long does it take to hear back after I make a purchase?
    For all packages, you will receive an email immediately after your purchase that you will need to fill out.
  • What if I have more than one interview?
    The pricing packages are set up for a custom individual interview plan. If you have multiple interviews, please reach out to sales@HireRQ.com to receive a quote
  • What are your operating hours?
    We are in the office Monday-Friday from 8:00 am-11:00 pm EST. We also offer limited hours on Sunday from 7:00 am- 3:00 pm EST.
  • What is the timeline if I purchase the Job Search Coaching package?
    For job search coaching plans- After you fill out the information in the post purchase email, you will need to schedule your coaching session Here (https://calendly.com/hirerq/job-search-coaching-session). We require 2 days notice. If you need a faster turnaround, please email training@HireRQ.com for availability and quote prior to purchasing.
  • What makes HireRQ better than others?

  • What if I have to reschedule a coaching session or mock interview?
    If you are still within the advanced notice period, please cancel the original calendar appointment and reschedule. If you are past the advanced notice period, please contact training@HireRQ.com, and we will try to accommodate you.
  • Will I be talking to a human during the coaching session and mock interviews?
    Yes, the premium and premium plus packages are collaborative processes with one of our expert career coaches.
  • Will I be talking to a human if I buy the basic interview package?
    No, this package only includes receiving an interview plan
  • What if I need a quicker turnaround

  • Are your services guaranteed?
    No, our services are not guaranteed. There are many variables that contribute to an offer. Our process will position you in the best possible way for success.
